Booking
To secure your Eglu booking you must pay the first weeks rental fee
of £16.10 - unless otherwise agreed.
Hire Period
The hire period is defined as
follows:
Delivery date/collection from us is
day 1 of hire. We collect (or you return) the Eglu on
the day after the last hire day.

Your Obligations
You agree not to sell, hire, lend the Eglu to a
third party, sublet or move the Eglu from the agreed
rental address. You also agree to return the
Eglu cleaned, dismantled and undamaged to Eglu Hire on or before the end of the hire period
unless collection has been arranged or an agreed extension of the
hire period. At the beginning of the hire period (on collection
from us or
delivery of the Eglu) you are required to pay the £100 refundable deposit in
cash and also pay full rental.
Failure to clean the Eglu to a good
standard will result in a £10 charge which we will
deduct from the deposit.
Loss or Damage
You agree you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the
Eglu during the hire period. Any damage or loss will be deducted from your deposit.
Loss or damaged to the Eglu and accessories will be charged at the current
prices on the Omlet website

Payment
You agree to pay Eglu Hire full rental, (either by
Paypal, cash or cheque) a
refundable deposit (cash only) and any delivery costs prior to or on the commencement date of the hire period.
Any part days will be charged at our daily rate. In
cases of extending a booking already in progress,
additional balance payable either by cheque or Paypal, on a weekly basis unless agreed otherwise
Termination
Eglu Hire will not refund any monies if you elect to return the
Eglu prior to the end of the hire period, regardless of reason.
Liability
You agree to assume all risks and liabilities for and in respect of the
Eglu and for all injuries to or deaths of chickens arising from the
use of the Eglu.
Indemnity
You agree Eglu Hire will not be liable for any damages, direct, indirect, incidental and/or consequential, arising out of use or misuse of the
Eglu during the hire period.
Disclaimer
Eglu Hire expressly disclaims any liability for any loss or damages, whether commercial, financial or personal. and does not give any warranties to the
condition of the Eglu.

weekly rental payments
through PayPal to our Cyber Space UK Account. Please
note we do not accept the £100 deposit via PayPal
